Parenting: How To Raise Great Kids With Less Stress

Anyone can choose to learn how to be a great parent – and do so with less stress.

Great parents raise responsible, happy, healthy kids because they set a priority to do so.

So how do you raise happy, healthy responsible kids?

When you are with your child be with your child at 100%.

What do I mean?

Every person, you and your child included, fail to truly talk to one another until…

You both learn how to turn off your commentator.

Your commentator?

Inside your head a small voice chatters constantly. Right now it is telling you what I say is ridiculous, that you do not have a small voice inside yakking at you all the time.

Am I right?

Rather than listen to your own wisdom or lessons from a role model, you and every other person, young or old, listens to what that commentator tells you about what you see, hear and experience in your life.

You do not listen to your child.

You listen to commentary about what your child is telling you. Maybe that small voice agrees with some of what your child says or does. Maybe the commentator disagrees.

In any case, that small voice tells you what to think rather than chance you actually paying close attention to your kid and thinking for yourself.

That commentator constantly presents an agenda to distract you from attending to your kid.

Until you turn off that commentator you can never be 100% present with your child.

Raising kids can be a hair raising experience OR a fun adventure. And when you are ready to discover more proven winning stress-lowering parenting solutions go to for your FREE gift.
