How To Find Your Passion—The Quick Method That Works

Wondering how the heck to find out what you want to be when you grow up? Can’t figure out what you feel passionate about? Want a quick easy shortcut to reveal your passion to you?

Make a list of everything you love to do. I do mean everything. Take your time so you don’t miss anything. In fact, leave the list out some place where you can easily get to it. Over the next 24 hours you will likely want to add items to it.

Once you know your list is complete make a second list. This time put everything that you do really well on it. You may want to ask friends or family for their opinion of what you do well as often people take their talents for granted and write then off as “anyone can do this”–which is not true.

Okay. Now take your two lists and see where they cross. When you find things that you LOVE to do AND you do really well chances are you found your passion.

Well, Ali, what if I find more than one thing?

If that happens for you see if you can find a common thread connecting those items. For instance, I love showing people how to discover their strengths and talents. I love teaching people how to connect with their True Self and how to love themselves first by first knowing their true self.

Once you know your True Self then you easily create amazing relationships in every area of life. You change your entire life by creating these new relationships that grow from being you rather than the person you thought you were who lived a lifetime of relationship disconnects.

My passion is revealing how to have amazing relationships and completely change your life.

Ahh, to know thy true self first is the foundation of everything else in your life.
Ali thank you for a wonderful reminder 🙂

You are welcome, Elise. Unfortunately few people know how to connect with their True Self–the eternal part of you, who you were at birth before others programmed your self image.
